Ok it is a case of hereditary spherocytosis, which is inherited as autosomal disease and the defect lies in chromosome no.8, and the defect is related to spectrin deficiency or ankyrin deficiency the two cytoskeletal proteins. The spherocytes are RBCs which lost the central pallor area, so that these cells fully concnetrated with hemoglobin, this is why they are fragile and cannot tolerate hypotonic saline solutions which will enter the RBCs and causes there hemolysis. Usually these patientshave splenomegaly in which its removal will comfort the patient and stop the extravascular hemolysis.
