كيفك دكتورنا الفاضل اشرف شقليه
بالنسبة للفيلم واضح انه spherocytosis وذلك من شكل الخلايا انها مضغوطة وفاقدة لcentral pallorتعليق

وايضا بالمقارنة مع نواة lymphocyte
مقياسنا فهي صغيرة ايmicrocytic spherocytosisتعليق

Ok it is a case of hereditary spherocytosis, which is inherited as autosomal disease and the defect lies in chromosome no.8, and the defect is related to spectrin deficiency or ankyrin deficiency the two cytoskeletal proteins. The spherocytes are RBCs which lost the central pallor area, so that these cells fully concnetrated with hemoglobin, this is why they are fragile and cannot tolerate hypotonic saline solutions which will enter the RBCs and causes there hemolysis. Usually these patientshave splenomegaly in which its removal will comfort the patient and stop the extravascular hemolysis. it is true that spherocytes are found in three unrelated conditions:
1- H. spherocytosis
2-immune hemolytic anemia
3- severe burns

normo blast macrocytic anaemia
WBC/Atypical lymphocyte

ليس هنالك لا monochyte or plasmacyte هناك lymphocyte .
كريات الدم الحمراء معظمها خلايا spherocyte ما عدا واحدة وهي show basophilic stippling.
