36- B (شوفوا الـ MCV نازل وشوفوا الـ Ferritin عالي جدا لأنه في الثلاسيميا هناك تجمع للحديد وهو احد المخاطر التي نحاول ان نعالجها ونتفاداها، والحديد في BM مليان وكل هذا لا نراه في اي مرض آخر من المذكورة في السؤال. G6PD def. الـ MCV طبيعي او عالي شوي وفي الـ Sickle cell anemia برضوا الـ MCV طبيعي والـ Hereditary spherocytosis نفس الشيء

38-B
buffy coat contain WBC and PLT. SO false increased the value of HCT
but extracentrifugation time not affected.
