                  To prevent microbial contamination of themselves, which may result in infection, contamination of the environment they are working in (e.g. fomites), and contamination of the specimen they are working on, which is especially important when a pure culture is desired. It is used whenever specimens are to be transferred between media, for example, when subculturing.

                        اشكركم جميعا على الاجابة

                        نعم هو منع حدوث اي تلوث اثناء العمل فى المختبرات الطبية حتى نتمكن من الحصول على مزرة نقية

                        اما الهدف من تطبيق هذا النظام طبيا فهو في النقاط التالية

                        a- to prevent thr introduction of pathogens to wound or ssceptible area

                        b- to prevent the transfer of pathogens from one patient to another

                        c- to prevent staff acuiring infection from the patients

                        d- to prevent transfer of pathogenes from the enviroment to the patients
